This application is for Fire Alarm applications.
Only contractors with a valid license to work in this area may submit plans for review.
Your application must include payment of all applicable fees, and a set of plans (these can be a hard copy delivered to our office at 102 Remington St, Fort Collins Co, 80524, or a PDF submitted with the application). Only one set of plans is required, however, if you want a stamped set back from PFA you may deliver an extra hard copy. We do not require a stamped set of plans to be on the job site, though we do require a set of plans to be on site at all times.
Plans will be reviewed with a permit issued or denied in ten business days starting from the complete submission of all needed plans, documentation and payment. While our goal is to meet this ten day turnaround time, the number of plans in queue for review, the complexity of those projects, the complexity of your project, and other aspects outside of our control may delay your permit. We are unable to process plans ahead of others already submitted.
Once your plan review is complete your plan reviewer will email you a copy of your permit issued by PFA complete with any comments or additional requirements. This permit is required to be kept on the job site at all times.
